Books Shopping spree... Weeeee!

So, I finished re-reading the last book of the Harry Potter series and since I am almost done with "The girl who kicked the hornet's nest" I went on a books shopping spree. Here is what I got:
  • Hold Still by Nina LaCour -  My best friend recommended this one, so I got it.
  • The Female Brain by Louann Brizendine M.D - Don' ask...
  • Pride and Prejudice and Zombies by Jane Austen, of course and Seth Grahame-Smith - There are a some classic novels that have been, shall we say, decorated a little with vampires and zombies and other wacky stuff. This is one of them... This should be interesting.
  •  The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan - I read the Percy Jackson series and I liked it so I am giving this one a try... I'll let you know.
Well, there it is. This should keep me busy for some time. Let me know if you've read any of these and what you thought of it.

see ya.

  1. Currently reading The Help by Kathryn Stockett and The Book Borrower by Alice Mattison. Looking forward to reading The Girl With the Dragon Tatoo (when husband finishes it) and Cross by James Patterson. Another couple of books that were good and quick: The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, Have a little Faith by Mitch Albom, Snow Flower and The Secret Fan by Lisa See. So much out there, so much to read...

I always like to have books in mind for reading next and next and next :) I am almost done with the last one from the Millenium trilogy (the girl with the dragon tattoo.) All three of them were very good! let me know what you think when you read the first one. I'll see you Monday in class.
